There was a whole bunch of FSIM-s and Syntactic Structures that took
place in Moscow before they were merged into a single conference MOSS.
The FSIM (Formal Semantics in Moscow) workshop was held in Moscow yearly
from 2005 to 2008, the following links lead to the corresponding sites:

The Syntactic Structures conference was held in Moscow in 2007 and 2008.
The first Syntactic Structures conference (5-6 April 2007) was devoted to the 50th anniversary of Noam
Chomsky's Syntactic Structures
but was not limited to any
theoretical framework. The program is available here; and here
